My Approach: The Reset

In a world of radical change what’s next for you? Before you can figure out what’s next, you need to change your perspective and harness different skills. 

I call my coaching method The Reset – a reset of your thinking, a reset of your nervous system, and best of all, a reset of what you think is possible in your life. The process is centered on three principles: Presence, Body Connection, and Action. 

Presence: By shifting from doing to being, your nervous system calms.

Body Connection: Engaging the senses connects you to your body and your own wisdom.

Action: With self-awareness and agency you will create the life you want.
